Some Random Updates...

  • Bradlee tattled on Brock for the first time this week. It went something like this, "Buddy in potty!"
  • Brock is looking less like a baby and more like a little boy everyday. It makes me a little sad, but he is so handsome.
  • Bradlee's favorite song is "Me Love" by Sean Kingston. She has always loved music, but this song is definitely her favorite. She sings to it, she dances to it, she asks for it in the car, and today it was the only thing that stopped the crying after she fell down and scratched both of her arms.
  • I just got called to be a Relief Society teacher. I am also going to keep my calling as a Sunday School teacher. I must have a lot to learn!

Cheyenne Tea Party

Tyler and I went to support Cheyenne's Tea Party Wednesday afternoon on our lunch breaks.

My favorite sign said, "Keep Barney's hands off of Freddie's Fannie".

B. Rockin'

I just gotta say how much I love that he is a Mommy's boy! He gives the best kisses ever, and he can never get too many! He refuses to hug Tyler, but as soon as I get him he just cuddles right up. Don't get me wrong he loves his daddy, too. Whenever Tyler has to leave, Brock follows him to the front door, and cries for him to pick him up. It breaks my heart! Brock's second bottom tooth poked through this week, and he is handling it quite nicely. I guess those are the perks of teething so late.

BUSTED!

I left Tyler alone with the kids for a total of 30 minutes, and this is what happened. Not only were they playing with Bradlee's new shoes in the toilet, but upon closer inspection you will notice that they ripped the toilet seat off the toilet all together. Bradlee is crying because she knows she is sooo busted, and Buddy just thought the whole thing was great.

Easter

COLORING EGGS
Brock is eating his.

Bradlee was so good at coloring eggs, I was amazed. She did it all by herself, and we only had one spill at the very end. Honestly, I was dreading this, but Bradlee made it so much fun!

Tyler and his egg. Who writes that on an Easter egg, honestly?

Seriously, I don't even know where this egg came from. It's not like anyone in my family would ever put that on an egg...or a Valentine cookie.

Eggs for B. Rad and B. Rock.

Bradlee displaying her masterpieces. This is the first time she has ever smiled on command for the camera. We'll have to work on that!

EASTER MORNING
Tyler had meetings Easter morning, so I had to keep Bradlee out of the front area until he got back. In the meantime, I was talking to her about the Easter Bunny and telling her how he might have brought something for her. When Tyler got home we told her that maybe she should go check out in the living room, and she was so excited. Her first words were,
"the Bunny!" and then she saw her basket and her next words were, "Pony! Panda!". It was adorable.

Here is the living room with the "hidden" eggs.

Bradlee's basket.

PEEPS!

What a stud!

This is the best picture I could get of Bradlee.

It was a really fun day, and I was so happy that Bradlee had such a good time.

He Stands!

Sorry it's crooked. Oh, Brock also got his first tooth towards the end of last week. It's not big enough to get a picture yet, but I will post one soon!

Wyoming Winters

Check out these snow drifts in our yard! A decent snow storm coupled with Wyoming wind is a pretty rough combo!
