On Fourth of July weekend we went with the McLachlan side of the family to watch fireworks at the Eagle Ridge Golf Course. Everyone had a really good time hanging out and playing before the show started.
On a side note...Bradlee made her first boyfriend while we were there. It was ridiculous!!! She pretended she didn't know how to throw a ball just so he could show her how. He was also pushing her all over in her stroller. On the up side, homegirl has good taste in boys because he was a cutie for sure!
Rowdy, Diane and family were also in town over the weekend before they left for Europe. My mom, Bradlee and I spent all day preparing fun treats for their arrival because we all love the Fourth of JULY!!!Here is Bradlee with the festive cupcakes we worked so hard on!
Freedom, family and food...that's what the fourth means to me.
Here we are all dressed up to go the Bees game and watch more fireworks. They were probably the best fireworks I have ever seen. I usually am not close enough to hear the music that is being played, and being so close definitely made it a much more spiritual and patriotic!
